VIP Sales

 

Description of candidate:

Fine and high jewellery sales person with considerable jewellery sales experience including high jewellery sales within a luxury jewellery environment with considerable and relevant client database.

The individual will be based in the Garrard flagship boutique on Albemarle Street.

Key accountabilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Consistently reach and exceed personal monthly sales targets
  • Generate new VIP clients to Garrard
  • Look after existing VIP clients
  • Maintain exceptional knowledge of the Garrard high jewellery pieces
  • Report into Global Sales Director
  • Liaise with Design team on VIP Bespoke requests
  • Liaise with Marketing on CRM database
  • Attend and support internal, and external brand and sales events in order to garner new VIP clients and to nurture existing relationships.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Fine jewellery essential
  • Existing relevant client list that can be brought to the brand
  • Possess a desire to exceed expectations in both sales and customer service
  • To be a brand ambassador with internal and external appointments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Qualified Gemologist or any other relevant qualifications are an advantage
  • Target driven; with a passion for fine jewellery
